Yeah Phillip, apparently the Chinese are invited to comment on the tax, but the Australian mining industry can not.
This just keeps getting worse and worse. The storm of protest about this calamity cannot continue to be ignored. Rudd has to scrap it immediately to avoid being sacked by the GG if this continues.
