[Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: UBS raises Bradken (BKN.AU) price target to A$6.95 from A$4.50 after company said FY earnings rose 11% and forecast stable earnings for this year. UBS revised its price target based on improved outlook for earnings growth over medium term. "Whilst earnings, ex-acquisitions, have fallen from their peak in (2H 2008), the rate of decline has been far less severe than anticipated," UBS says. "With costs taken out of the business during the downturn, we believe that Bradken should deliver solid earnings growth over the medium term as demand for its products improves." BKN last at A$6.00.
