Good to see a broker giving coverage of Biota. Also they seem to be up to date with events concerning Relenza.
I am amazed however that they cannot extrapolate what the Australian government has done in terms of reweighting their antiviral stockpile towards Relenza to what other governments around the world may do. If RBS had factored in this possibility I think Biota would have moved from BUY to STRONG BUY.
