keeping zombie firms propped up, hiding non performing loans on bank balance sheets, building roads to nowwhere?
one thing i know from experience....any project financed by government winds up riddled with corruption, waste and nepotism....most tenders go to "mates" rather than the best qualified
bulls, enjoy this run while it lasts...don't stay at the party too long
