if no news comes out bewteen now and close killing off the idea that Pelosi is announcing the bailout at 4.15, then both the Dow and S&P will surge just before 4pm their time
the bailout will insure earning across a range of companies, not just Ford, GM and Chrysler
hoping/expecting to see the Dow and S&P punch over 5% up for the day
