Well said Moneytree however I think ( hand outs better here ), an example ....... in the US you can only get the dole for a limited time and thats IT ! ( I think ?) un-like here "Aussie" where you can get it for life .... pritty much ! if not for the resources boom throwing money everywhere ( taxes and royalty )we'd be feeling sick as hand outs cost BIG bucks here as theirs one for every occasion ;-).
