I am happy to have some replies finally after 2-3 weeks of my original post...
I am staying out of this market. I agree that the market can turn quickly... As I have pointed out all along, I am looking at the similarity of the two time frames and giving my opinion as to the levels that I am finding s/t support and resistance...
Prior to two weeks earlier we had a few problems coming to the fore. Last week oil started to show, and this week there are financial uncertainties in other places around the world.
We are at a balance point. You can see the uncertainty building by the general movements in the indices...
The Nikkei did drop 50% over an 8 month period from its high around 1990. It can happen and people should not dismiss the possibility.
