I think it will hold stronger than that on the back of impending results.
If you look at the AREIT's I dont think the results have been as bad as many expected. All though allot believe that values will continue to be a problem coming into June and the end of the year. (probably will).
I dont think banks will be so worried about LTV's though. At the moment the problem has become so big that its their problem as much as it is the property holders problem.
