The rule changes are a circuit breaker for the markets, also the date could be extended until after the US election, which is highly probable, imo and I'm not totally au fait with the rule change it opens the door for a '87 style crash, whereas the short sellers were stepping the market down now it will go off a cliff, just a matter of when, don't think it will be monday but I'm taking some money off the table just in case.
