dow to rebound tonight, page-8

I wish I knew which way the Dow would head tonight.

Many of people are banking on a bounce, which scares me.

Taking into consideration that XJO is down almost 18% from high of 6800 on Nov 1st, the Dow is holding up really well, too well IMO.

From memory the high on Dow was around 14300 so an 18% drop would have the Dow at 11700, a long way down from current levels.

And if we are about to enter an official BEAR MARKET in the USA, the Dow would have to be at 11440.

IMO there is much room for downside and I don't see why investors would want to park their cash in equities taking into consideration the current market dynamics... CRAZY!

I think we're are about to see more selling in the US and the Disney result ain't gonna stop it from happening.

Dow to drop again.
