Bartm risk versus reward would definately be on the buyers side at the levels mentioned...stock values are severely depressed fear is running rampant.
Capitulation tonight could provide opportunity for a considerable bounce to around 9500 again i think over the next couple of weeks to a month.
The bleeding has to stop at some point i dont think that we are far from that point at least for the short term.
