I agree that the Dow will retrace substantially. We have a situation where share prices have been set on future earnings (remember - the same justification was used for tech shares) because the current earnings were lousy. Those future earnings are now being reported and they arent great.The problem I see is that there is an enormous amount of super cash which has to be invested somewhere and I believe that this will keep the Dow at a higher level than it probably should be - I wouldnt put a number on it.
