They would most likely agree that they have global pretensions.
And what does "DOW" mean globally, if not the DOW JONES INDUSTRIAL AVERAGE?
If so, why not let reserve "DOW" for the DJIA and switch DOWNER EDI to "DOWN"?
Probably too hard for them because they still haven't even got MST recorded for Metal Storm even though I have pointed this out to the so-called administrators on several occasions.
