watch for a break and test above the downtrending line off the recent peaks... if DOW breaks above this level which at this stage looks like it is just touching it - and tests back up again then a run up is on the cards for a long term trend up it must in my opinion - have three consecutive highs, all higher than the previous and three lows all higher than their previous... otherwise a dummy bull run on the cards.
