    there are two choices to handle a deleverage, inflation or deflation
    the popular choice today is inflation
    why? deflation would bring us to the social conditions of the 1930's and the social cost is unacceptable today,
    therefore the modern process is bailouts, deflicits, taxes high interest rates inflation
    so comment is correct
