I hope the DOW is retesting the bottom, but we need to be realistic, many of the banks around the world are in as bad or worse shape than late last year, it is only going to take one or two majors to go under and we will start the next leg down.

The financial position of many governments around the world is only getting worse due to financial stimulus packages and many will not be in a position to step in if there is another round of bank failures.

Let’s hope things improve, but protect your capital.
