I guess if there were internet forums that's what they'd have been posting during the September 1929 - July 1932 Dow decline. Each new downleg was the "last hit."
By the way, the Dow lost about 90% of its value during that time. Let's hope that doesn't happen this time around. That's a hope of mine. Unfortunately if this crisis deepens, its by far the worst since the Great Depression, then there's no guarantee the Dow won't decline 90%.
By the way, how much did the Nikkei decline from its peak? Was that also about 90%?
