I am going against the herd, I believe this is another bull leg.

Bull legs can occur in bear markets, I am aiming for new highs by Nov.

Low volume is due to no new money being committed. Lots of people doing the same thing and exiting shares and funds.

When nothing happens, i expect that money to come back in with leverage to boot, then it will be time to exit and cool your heels.

Time will tell.
