I would agree with you except for the low volume in Global markets and global debt is still escalating not retracting. Sure we may go up and down ignoring the inevitable but down she must come eventually as the world deleverages = deflation.
I rolled my super into cash in March and will stay there until there is blood in the streets and up we go again...
