Not sure what bearing MPL's dividend has on NHF's share price.
But you were right about the stock not going to hold those $573-odd levels for too long.
(Although, in terms of the direction the share price would move from those levels, there you weren't all that correct... the exact opposite, actually. That's the thing about forecasting short-term share price movements: it's almost impossible to get right on a sustainable basis.)
