yup this market is a funny thing... SDG has got almost no debt...

yup this market is a funny thing... SDG has got almost no debt at all and with NTA of 1.97 per share! even assuming there would be a MASSIVE CATASTROPHIC 65% writedown on assets, that would still leave around 0.7 of NTA per share, double the current s/p... if i have 120 million in cash right now ill buy the whole company (assuming all the shareholders wanting to sell) and sell all the assets @ 60% below book value and still making at least double of my money...
