Yes, a good Artemis deal removes uncertainty wrt MOG's other endeavors, ie, supports sp for fundraising.

I note the RI does not need shareholder approval, and is not the subject of the ASIC query.
I think MOG will move on this before the agm, and probably as soon as MEO close on Artemis.

I don't see any problem with non associated shareholders approving all the resolutions in the agm memo. They'd be mad not to.
