-15% US ADR = $30.48 AUD. WOW! DOW was -714 points just before close, but pulled back a little -640.
Bailouts dont work. Bankruptcy is the only way to clean out the system. The recession will be twice as bad if congress does this and the DEMs know it. Paulson and the FED have no idea.
