How to turn bad news into good news.
I have been concerned about the BHP monthly chart for a while.
With a monthly chart the close on the last day of the month is the figure that really counts on most momentum studies.
So the lower the close today for BHP the more of that overbought status that can be relieved.
I will be very interested to see how things stand when the month is done at today's close.
I doubt it will be enough but should go a long way to helping get to more normal levels and the possibility of a new advance.
