19% isn't games I think or a ploy to get in low. I think the market in general is the issue as you state for small caps but the court case is also a very big factor, and bigger for those Big Companies that want to play with OBL in this space.
Depending on outcome we will see some big movements, hopefully up! Can't really go down too much without be swallowed up.
I have confidence still that there are also other things on the horizon that are being worked on, like Gippsland. We do need some momentum though.
