Whatever it is that is weighing on Petsec it has certainly brought the share price down since that 1.37 figure on 6 December. A poor 2004 annual report maybe, some bad news from Vermilion or onshore Louisiana perhaps, chartists possibly saying it is clearly a sell with further downside to go?
