If they delisted and took it private I wouldn't care so long as the sales and money eventuate.
I guess the downside would be the complete loss of control. Although with the Dr holding nearly 80% and sitting on the board he can pretty much run the show as he see fit.
The reduced running costs of a private company could have some attraction seeing the cash burn rate atm
