re: down 37 percent now Somebody with a reasonably large holding has panicked this afternoon ... 100k lots dumped on a regular basis. Considering oil is virtually unchanged from friday night when COE was 58c this collapse is pure FEAR !!! The fundamentals for Oil have never looked better ... bargain buying !!
