Have to agree as to the reliability of the information as regarding the percentage falls in sales from their taobao/Tmall tracker. Do they have software attached to these websites etc? Highly unlikely would be the answer. Time will tell how accurate they are. I have a feeling that SAMR will not be granted based on the fact that Bal source ingredients from all over the world thus rendering point of manufacture as to difficult to determine.
