"Plenty of warning" in this case means he's been calling it down since about $3 before the recent high. It wasn't until yesterday that his most recent short position moved back into the black. He was also long at $25 so. Let's not forget his claim that the Dow would crash 2 nights ago. We've had 2 record closes since then.
