    I'm pretty sure it's due to the amount of debt CER is still carrying, 6.4 bil, with about 1bil due in less than 12 months. That's gonna be tough to service. I'm out at 12c on CER, 16c on CNP. IMO CNP's future is secure but dilution will not let the SP go above 15c. CER's is less certain.
