Further info - Deutsche just filed a substantial shareholder notice stating they bought 19,316,250 shares at 17c on Friday 19/9. Must have been an after hours crossing or something like that, as the Saturday AFR didn't have it. With RNY expecting future dividend payouts of 4.5c p.a. after covering all capex and tenanting costs, its yielding 26.5% at 17c. Reported NTA at 30 June was AUD0.85 but NTA would be higher now due to the fall in the AUD against the USD. It looks compelling but of course sentiment towards anything American at the moment is poor. It might take a while for the share price to recover - only one for patient investors.
