Bots have controlled us for quite some time. We know Spheria have been buying, most probably also Maxine. The news today to finance the dividend to the tune of $7.25m suggests they are keeping their powder dry for a major acquisition. TFG has to be in play surely, maybe also Silk Clinics in South Australia.

At 1HFY18 they had $22.5m in cash equiv and another $20m in undrawn loan facilities. At the end of q3FY18 they will have amassed another $9m in cash ops giving them a war chest of around $51m. That’s decent enough. I’m thinking a significant acquisition is on the cards.
