William...You would appear to have a credibility issue as regards your claim that an ASX listed company would send you a letter, or an email, marked "CONFIDENTIAL". If you aren't telling porkies (as I and others suspect,) then Bogue and CBS are guilty of providing information which should have been released to ALL investors via an ASX announcement. Care to comment?
