Guys the start of the year will always be a soft time for this mob. However, I would expect that by march /april, the tests from clinics will increase at least to last years rates.
Now consider this. If they end up getting 2000 tests from clinics in april, and maintain 800 tests from this new scheme, that will show a huge increase in tests. What would the SP be if they got 3000 tests in April?
This is at least a 2.5c gimme IMHO!!
