Yes what spottygoose said :) ... just cut & paste my previous link and put that into your address bar, don't add any other text just insert the link itself. This alternative site is also freezing from time to time I notice so if it continues to do so simply close the browser, open a new window, cut & paste the link into the addy bar again and logon as usual.
