100 mil is a bit out there, but they did mention they are undertaking 'non dilutive activities' which will be announced in coming months.
This is confirmed in a follow up email reply from my question in the webinar.
I could only speculate what this means, but put that together with them pursuing more distribution partnerships and working on expansion into Asia. There is a possible way of raising money.
I don't think that a cap raise can be avoided, but the scope of these 'non dilutive activities' will have a bearing on the size.
The unfortunate point is they don't highlight this information enough to the market.
This is information that might make sellers pause and think, it may even make people buy. Yet the information is not blatantly apparent
A simple statement to the market to that effect, not a throw away comment or line in a webinar or 42 page presentation.
