copout, i think the uncertainty of the options is the main reason they are trading at such a discount. 3c for options that are allmost at there excerise price(17.5c) in strong gold market with 18 mnths to run, on and a company looking to become a producer. They sound to cheap to be real.
I personally feel they will make a script offer on the options, so many dioo for sbmo, or have a new option set up eg;sbmoa with a seperate excercise price and time frame. A lot of fullypaid shareholders hold both,and this will be one way they can win those shareholders over.
