Whats happening??? The world is debt laden + the carbon tax + US debt + Europe debt etc...... Just to start with the unsystematic risk. Ryan, NMDC (had a few deals fall though) have not put pen to paper the deal is still up in the air and in a bear market risk is avoided.
If we were in a bull market the idea of the this kind of idea would have trading at $0.50
