Hi Guys,

I think FML & SG are well matched. FML mgt has it’s own interest to develop as fast as possible for it’s own interest and SD get as much gold for it’s own interest. No room for the share holder.
Mgt would have sounded out the instos.
Regarding another bidder? Don’t think so. Anyone else would have spoken to the Co. and eluded to there interest.

It’s been interesting reading the forum in the last year. Posters going on about expansion and eluding to money in the bank and mgt $ burn to expand at the cost of SP.
FML bought CRE a distressed Co. for 5c and sold themselves for the same SP.

I think most took a loss.
