They will still be distributed as normal, however some investors will 'lose' them if they dont have enough other tax to offset the franking credits.
A family member of mine, self funded retiree, will lose approx $6,000 a year due to this change. May end up on pension because of this, as they will spend enough some money to end up ona part pension ad be better off. Terrible policy that targets certain demographics for no real reason, but that discussion is for a different section of HC.
