To be fair , they have just embarked upon issuing what amounts to 23.3 % of their issued share capital ....or US $269 million ( A$368.5 ) for Quadpay who generates US $250 million in revenue ( TTV OF $3 Billion ) off it's 26,200 Merchants. Did they overpay ? .....or is it more a case of a little bit of expected ' Indigestion ' at the present moment. And so I would ask again .....where would that leave the 2.7 Billion in CRO's annual potential TTV ( $225 million per month ) ...off it's 22,000 Merchant Customers....or are they just not going to produce any transactions revenue .....
