It is not tactic from CF. Put yourself on their shoes..you want to t/o the company, you have the money, approval ndrc is in place, but being rejected by DML.

With the lot of money, if i were CF, i go somewhere else.
LOOK at SDL, desperate, desperate.. they still keep the low bid regardless.

Agree for those who said "good on DML", we are holding long term. Good luck for 10 years waiting.

The first wave China sold all DML holding, the second wave, is the big insto, then stock piling up. SP is down to 40-45c.

what's next?
stock consolidation, then cap raise, if not SPP.
