There is value in the ground - banks would not lend such large amounts if there wasn't.
Bank would have pulled the plug long before this if there were any doubts about the company.
Financing and anything to do with financing resource stocks necessarily takes a long time - the ex-suiter has not helped DMLs cause in this regard.
I agree though that DML management could have 'managed' this issue (financing) a lot better PR-wise. But they did have the ex-suiter to contend with.
It is still a great story - let us hope they can manage this a lot better from now on.
