From half year report:
"management has forecast that certain covenants may not be met in future periods on both facilities, which might cause a default under the terms of the Groups current banking agreements. In the event of default of loan agreements, all debt would become due and payable. If the Group was not able to repay loan funds due, it may not be able to continue as a going concern and realise assets and extinguish its liabilities in the ordinary course of business and at the amounts stated in the financial report."

It sounds not very good in the event of possible defualt of loan agreements, that might explain recent share price drop.
