    A chartist doesn't have to do research - doesn't even have to know ANYTHING about a company. Could live on the moon with a computer chart and internet and trade. A chart is only a record of history. Gives possibilities and probabilities of what may or may not happen. You work from that. If you don't understand that then do some more research please.
