    Device not compatible means your Android is too old! I'm running a HTC 820, 8 core, great spec, but stuck with Android 4.4.4 as no upgrade available, and getting the same error message.
    Trying to unlock and upgrade as we speak.
    BTW it clearly states version 5.0 Android and above required.
