The same amount of dislike for management was apparent on this forum prior to last AGM but that did not translate into a change of management. It would seem that you need to convince the top 20 shareholders who now hold 42% of the issued shares that management needs to go, I would hazard a guess and say that ain't going to happen. The K Sera Sera Holdings Pty Ltds holding of 5.6% is interesting as it is reasonably new to the register, listed on Bombay Exchange, is a diversified media company.

Certainly a diversified company and it has ties back to Dubai.

(ACN No. 146 219 865 in Australia. The main objects of this new subsidiary are Investments in Mining, Oil & Gas, Natural Resources and Acquisition on a global platform."

This may just be one of the interested parties in discussions with the company reading the above announcement.Certainly a tangled web to try and research, particularly the Dubai connection. Coincidently CTO were listed on the Dubai exchange for a while and ML was domiciled or traveled there regularly as CTO had opened a Gold outlet or something similar there from memory.

The Managing Directors Presentation announcement on 2nd April 2008 certainly makes interesting reading,
"Target gold production of 250,000 to 300,000 ozs/yr rate by 2011"

Hmmm 2011 is here, seems we are a tad short of the target
