I think some investors wanted a special dividend for the new company not shares.
Also big impact as not being listed on the FTSE only on the ASX and JBERG exchange, so the UK investors didn't like that I would expect.
LT for BHP for me is BUY looks like its being run very tight and wouldn't be surprised this time next year it sitting at 50 dollars a share.
