    "The directors are confident that it will be able to satisfy the lenders requirements by implementing the following:
    * The directors are currently finalizing a share placement plan that will enable the consolidated entity to meet all anticipated expenditure for the next 12 months. Negotiations have commenced with an underwriter to subscribe to
    any shortfall;"
